Vanessa is originally from Los Angeles, raised in Surprise, AZ. Her and her husband made the move to Prescott Valley a couple of years ago when they absolutely fell in love with the town and its people. Vanessa fell in love with Pilates after taking ONE (yes ONE) class, and that was all she needed to know she wanted to be an instructor; she signed up for the instructor training program later that same week! Five hundred hours and about a year later, she became certified in November 2024! 

Vanessa is a coffee addict, and during her time away from the studio, you can probably find her at a coffee shop or spending time with her two dogs and cat! She loves a fun, upbeat group and brings all the good vibes and hype playlist to every class! Vanessa has enjoyed all the life changing benefits of not only Pilates but also building a community within the studio, it is her absolute pleasure to watch her clients reap those benefits while growing in strength and confidence along the way!
