As a collective fitness studio, we provide our clients with a supportive community while catering to each individual's unique requirements. Our range of reformer and fusion Pilates classes offers something for everyone, regardless of injuries, limitations, or overall health. While we primarily focus on reformer-based Pilates, our classes incorporate a diverse selection of equipment for a well-rounded workout experience. Join us and discover the perfect class to meet your needs and goals.
Grip Sock Policy
For your safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all classes. If you do not have any, you will not be allowed to attend class.
Grip socks help prevent slipping, improve stability, and maintain a clean studio environment.
Thank you for respecting this policy and helping keep our space safe for everyone!
Dress Code
Please wear something comfortable for class, such as yoga pants and a comfortable shirt. Jeans or any clothing that can snag, tear, or rip the equipment will not be permitted.
Intro to Reformer
All Levels
30 Minutes
This is a great one-time class if you have never worked on a reformer before and would like an introduction to all the fun and challenging movements this amazing machine offers.
Even if you already have reformer experience and would like a refresher before joining a group class, or simply want to get a feel for our studio, this is a wonderful complimentary option.
Note: Although we have 9 people per class in most other classes, we will remain at 6 people per class for the Introductory Class to allow for more personalized attention and guidance.
Beginner
Level 1
50 Minutes
In Level 1 we focus on the fundamentals of all the movements to ensure you have a great foundation for what is to come in the coming levels.
To ensure the best experience and safety for all clients, FreedomCore Pilates requires a minimum of 5 Level 1 (Beginner) classes before moving into Level 2 (Intermediate) sessions.
This helps clients build a strong foundation in core principles, proper form and alignment, and equipment familiarity before advancing to more complex movements.
Intermediate
Level 2
50 Minutes
In Level 2 we begin to focus on movements that challenge your balance, coordination, and control. These classes progress from the fundamentals learned in Level 1, introducing more complex sequences and dynamic transitions to help you continue growing in strength and body awareness.
Once in Level 2, we recommend alternating between Level 1 and Level 2 classes to get the most out of your Pilates practice.
Reformer Stretch
50 Minutes
Enjoy a class dedicated entirely to stretching and releasing the body. Using a combination of the reformer, mat, and foam roller, this session helps improve flexibility, mobility, and overall body awareness. It’s the perfect way to unwind and restore balance.
Reformer Cardio
50 Minutes
This is a unique class that blends the reformer with low-impact cardio movements to safely elevate your heart rate. You’ll enjoy a full-body workout that’s gentle on the joints, making it an ideal choice for clients who need a low-impact alternative to traditional cardio.
No late entry will be permitted.
Dumbbell Sculpt
50 Minutes
This is not a reformer class — it’s a dedicated strength training session using dumbbells. Designed for those who want to incorporate more weight training into their fitness routine, this class offers a full-body workout focused on light to moderate lifting.
We provide dumbbells ranging from 1 lb to 20 lbs, allowing you to choose the right level of challenge for your body. Everyone is welcome to join, and gloves are recommended if you plan to use the heavier weights (10–20 lbs).
For safety and personal attention, this class is limited to 6 participants.
No late entry will be permitted.
