In Level 2 we start to focus on movements that will challenge your balance and coordination and will progress from all the fundamentals learned in level 1.
Advanced
Level 3

In Level 3 we take everything up a notch. Once you have mastered the fundamentals and the progressions that level 1 and 2 prepare you for, you can come join the fun of level 3. This level requires a lot of coordination, balance, control, strength, and mind-body awareness, but don’t let that scare you off. This class is perfect for those who really want to challenge their body whiling getting a full body workout.
Reformer Cardio
50 Minutes
This combines the reformer and cardio in a very low impact, fun way! It will get your heart rate up all while laying down. This is a great class for anyone with any injuries that prevent them from doing traditional cardio.
Reformer HIIT
50 Minutes
This class incorporates Pilates and high intensity interval training for those that like a faster pace class. This is a fast paced class and is more suitable for the individuals that like the cross fit type of workout.
Reformer Stretch
50 Minutes
Enjoy a class focused on just stretching the entire body. We use a combination of the mat, foam roller, and the reformer to stretch.
