Hello! I'm Lisa. I'm a busy married mama of 3 amazing girlies who grew up in Prescott Valley. I started pilates to try something new... and then I never stopped! Eventually, I decided I wanted to learn more and signed up for the instructor training program. Now that I'm certified, I still love taking a class just as much as I love teaching one.

 I love getting outside with my kids, drinking coffee, reading and tending to my ever growing house plant collection.
